403 forbidden when trying to install on Ubuntu 18.04

Hi! I can’t install Ralph to a brand new Virtual Server with Ubuntu 18.04.

I get the following error when APT tries to get updates:

Err:4 https://dl.bintray.com/allegro/debng bionic InRelease
403 Forbidden [IP: 35.156.121.1 443]

Any ideas?
