We run Rocky Linux and I found it easier to just use the docker container.
The docker configuration is not very flexible since it relies on pulling images that you can’t customize prior to install, but the solution here is to edit the images and commit the changes to a new image, then update docker-compose.yml to reference those instead of the original ones.
