Is there anyway to Sync Ralph with vCenter?

Hello there
Is there anyway to synchronize ralph with vmware vcenter to read and list (+ update) Virtual servers & other data?
Our team is creating and removing virtual machines every few minutes and it’s not possible to update assets manually.
