Date in Operations

I searched the problem in this forum and can’t find any other reports that relate to operations management.

The dates: Created, Updated, Resolved in Operations are never updated and can’t be edited.
The Operation filtering by dates isn’t working because they are not set.
It works when readonly property is removed and date is input manually in form YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss.

But I can edit date in failure.

If I missed something please advice. Thanks!

Thanks for the feedback. We’re considering changing these fields to make it writable.
